My Story
I started my Yog Sadhna in 2020 and slowly my passion turned into profession. Now I am a Certified 500YTT Yoga and a Reformer Pilate Instructor.
Working in corporate sector myself for 12 years, I understand the stress level and believes that Yoga should be part of every work culture. Not only it improves the productivity, physical and mental health of individuals but creates a deeper connection among colleagues. Professional sports team are a perfect example of this.
